This report by AAUW found that results suggest that a pay gap exists; one year after graduation, a seven percent difference in the earnings of male and female college graduates was found, even after accounting for factors such as, college major, occupation, hours worked, experience, education attainment, GPA, age, race/ethnicity, region, marital status, and motherhood.
