Capitalism can put money into the hands of a few very rich people who run large businesses and corporations. This causes hard-working people to not make enough money to afford basic expenses. Right now the goal of our economy is to grow and make more money. This goal could be expanded to also include creating health, well-being, and equity. For businesses, this could mean taking on goals other than growing profits. Their goals could include adding good jobs, creating a healthy environment, and new economic options for all.
