The Uplifting Contextual and Experiential Evidence (UCEE) project, led by the Prevention Institute with the CDC, expands public health’s evidence base by emphasizing the importance of contextual (community-specific data) and experiential (lived experiences) evidence in developing equitable prevention strategies. Through research and webinars, this project provides frameworks for integrating these evidence types into policy and practice, promoting health equity and community safety.
